Noel! Noel! Noel! Noel!

1. Ring out ye wild and merry bell,
A welcome to the new-born Year,
The Old Year now has pass'd away,
We haste to greet the New Year's Day,
Ring out the false! Ring in the true!
And may we all our lives renew,
Then chime, O chime thou merry bell,
Your glad and sweet Noel.

2. Ring out ye wild and merry bell,
And tell the people far and near,
That by your ringing we may know
That joy is come to earth below.
Ring out the sad! Ring in the glad!
God grant that peace may ever be.
Then chime, O chime, thou merry bell,
Your glad and sweet Noel.

3. Ring on ye wild and merry bell,
How sweet it is to hear you tell
The theme of joy, of love, and praise,
That to our Father we may raise.
Ring out the wrong! Ring in the right!
That God may aid us with His might
Then chime, O chime, thou merry bell
Your glad and sweet Noel.

4. Ring on ye bells, a merry chime,
That shall be heard in every clime,
'Tis glory to our God in heaven,
The Son and Spirit now be given.
Ring out the false! Ring in the true!
Ring on, ring on, all ages through;
Then chime, O chime, thou merry bell
Your glad and sweet Noel.
