O CHRISTIAN people come,
And hail this happy morn!
In Bethlehem for us
This day a King is born.
With one accord
O let us all
In worship fall
Before the Lord!

The Everlasting Light,
True God and Very Lord,
A lowly Virgin's womb
For us has not abhorred.
With one accord
O let us all
In worship fall
Before the Lord!

O let the song of joy
Be sounding through the sky;
Ye choirs of angels sing
"All praise to God on high."
With one accord
O let us all
In worship fall
Before the Lord!

All praise to Him Who came
From highest Heaven this day,--
The Word Divine made Flesh,
All praise to Him we pay.
With one accord
O let us all
In worship fall
Before the Lord!

Amen.
