1. In heaven, in heaven so great is the joy;
In singing the Angels their time do employ.

2. In singing, bell-ringing and worshipful mirth,
They bless the Creator of heaven and earth.

3. No city for grace may with Syon contend,
Nor measure her pleasure and peace without end.
