1. Come all with us, harmonious tongues,
Your noblest music bring.
Our Saviour Christ this day was born,
With joy to Him we sing,
With joy to Him we sing.

2. The King of Glory sent his Son
To mortals here on earth.
Behold the midnight bright as noon,
Whilst Angels sing His birth.

3. About our young Redeemer's head
Behold, what glories meet!
A glorious star is risen to lead
The sages to His feet.

4. Glory to God in highest strains,
And peace on earth be given!
For now the Infant Saviour comes
With messengers from Heaven.
